Understanding our pricing
At Spaniels By The Bay, the price of our American Cocker Spaniel puppies is carefully determined based on several key factors to reflect their health, temperament, and lineage. We believe in transparency and ensuring each puppy's value is recognized.

Your path to a new companion: The process
We've designed a structured process to ensure our puppies go to loving, well-prepared homes. Here’s what you can expect when you choose a Spaniels By The Bay puppy:

| 1. Initial inquiry | Begin by filling out our simple questionnaire. |
| 2. Approval; watching the waves interest list | Upon approval, you can join our complimentary Watching the Waves interest list. |
| 3. First Pick At The Pier optional partial payment | Families ready to commit can opt for the paid First Pick at the Pier list offering earlier selection. |
| 4. Puppy selection | First Pick families get the first choice of available puppies, followed by the VIP Family group that's invite only, then if still available they are then released to Watching the waves list. |
| 5. Official sale | If no suitable homes are pending on our lists, puppies will be officially offered for sale. |
| 6. contract review and deposit paid | Once a puppy is chosen, you will then read over your contract and the deposit is paid , then the puppy will be on hold until paid in full, |
| 7. Updates and care | You'll receive weekly updates with photos of your growing puppy. All our puppies receive thorough vet care, including necessary vaccinations and health checks |
| 8. Final payment | The remaining balance for your puppy is due when they reach 8 weeks old, and are ready for pickup on their pick up date. |
| 9. Pickup or transport | Arrangements for puppy pickup can be made, or transport can be facilitated for an additional fee. |
| 10. Extended hold (optional) | We offer an additional week of hold at no extra charge. Beyond this, a daily boarding fee applies. |
| 11. Forfeiture clause | Puppies not picked up by 10 weeks of age, without prior payment of the remaining balance, will be forfeited along with the initial deposit. Boarding fee applies $50 a day ....if you have sent payment but haven't picked up. Your daily boarding will be due before taking puppy. |

The "🛟 First Pick at the Pier"requires a deposit and signifies your readiness to commit, granting you earlier access to puppy selections from upcoming litters.
